Stopped getting emails for subscribed threads

I’m not receiving emails on subscription either. Checked spam folder, trash folder, and my email address in my account. Could not find any red flags.


I am receiving emails on subscriptions from other platforms. Looks like the last email from CF was Friday morning.

We have no bounce back notices for your email address. Log into your account, using your provider's web-based email, and check those spam folders. They may be different from the folders you have on your device.

Other than that, we can't do much when a provider delays or fails to deliver our emails since we're not their customer.

I did that already. I did receive a notification on a private message, but none on thread subscriptions. Do you have a cf email address to send me a test email?

Could this setting explain why I am not receiving subscription notifications? I am receiving notifications for Private Messages.

I really have a hard time thinking that Outlook is not sending them to me. I am receiving everything else from all other senders



It does allow me to select the push option...

Looks like I’m in the same boat as well. I’m not receiving emails on any threads I’ve replied to or started? I used too? I Checked spam folder, trash folder, and my email address in my account is good. Could not find any red flags.
I am receiving emails on subscriptions from other platforms. Could you check my settings here to see if I’ve missed something? Thanks.

If you have a Yahoo email, that is the problem. It was my problem. I switched my email to Gmail, and it has worked flawlessly since.

We have no bounce back notices for your address.

AOL/Yahoo/MSN/Outlook/Hotmail are known for doing this (suddenly stop delivering emails without the customer's knowledge).
