    I'am writing in reply to your questions about the 79 Vette. I have had the car for 7 years and I have not had any problems with it. I think the last thing I replaced was the alternator. Other than that I just change the oil and enjoy the car. The car has 88,000 miles. It is a matching #motor and tranny. There are no issues with the car.
