The wheels are Q99 - the large spokes are silvery and the small spokes that flair out at the end are gray. My full-length racing stripes are Carbon Flash (DTH). Sky cool gray is almost white - a lot of people think that the perforations, which transition from very small to small, can look like the seat is dirty. I don't have that with my ash gray center inserts - looks less extreme. I did get mag ride & lift. It is going to be a cruiser, not a trackster. Also went with that spoiler/splitter package. The Stealth pkg. (BAZ) turns the speaker grilles in the doors & top of the rear center of the console from silver to black and the same for the HVAC controls, trim under the passenger A/C duct, window lift & transmission trim plates. The carbon fiber pkg. (FA5) puts carbon fiber around the instrument cluster and makes the window lift & transmission trim plates carbon fiber also. I bought a black plastic surround to put on the edges around the transmission buttons where there is still a little silver but am undecided as to whether to use it or not. (Uses double sided tape to install.) I also have installed several other after-market C. F. pieces.
I think that for 2027 the only habanero stitching is with the new full habanero interior (mono-chromatic). I haven't studied any of the latest configurators. I have a beautiful 1500-mile 2026!
The day before the Bash opened. MacMulkin, with their large number of allocations, got it done for me in time to take delivery then and go on a winding road-trip home!

Q99 is what I currently have on my build. Appreciate all the other info and I’ll dig into that a little more tomorrow. What concerns me more than anything that your saying the Sky Cool Grey seats look almost white? It took me forever to decide on Sky Cool Grey. I liked the way it worked w/ the silver stripes and Sebring Orange exterior. On the computer it looked grey. I don’t want Natural Napa Leather interior. I don’t want black interior. This is why me personally, I have to visit MM to see things w/ my own eyes.

Maybe someone else that has Sky Cool Grey interior or is considering Sky Cool Grey interior can chime in w/ there thoughts on the seats looking white? Or dirty?

You may be able to find some of this discussed in old posts. I think there was even some comments & pics on the H. Purple color thread. Note that the pic in post #98 was taken indoors (Corvette Blvd. at the museum which is NOT that well-lit) and it barely looks gray. I'm not dissing it (heck, a third of my interior is S.C.G.), but it is many steps short of "medium gray."

He gave me the impression that things are going to move pretty quick with allocations. I still wish the 2027 GM Configurator was up and running because it gives me a visual of the build as I mix and match options and it would also have current pricing. But for now I'll make do with DrivenWithAlan build & price tool. Later tonight I'll email my build to Adam.
Good deal! Like is said Adam spent a ton of time with me over many phone calls…you are in good hands

Kirkapple, Did you happen to read through the threads to where Mike in IA mentions Sky Cool Grey looking almost white? And he mentioned people saying the perforated inserts having a dirty look to them? He wasn’t knocking it because like he stated his interior is alot of sky cool grey. But he has charcoal inserts but they have been discontinued. The Sky Cool Grey probably is a very light grey. I’m sure if it was against white you would see it’s a light grey. But against black I can see how it can come off on the white side. Regardless, I like the way it looks w/ the orange and silver stripes. On the computer it looks like a typical grey but I guess in person it’s lighter. Oh well, it’s gonna work for me. Don’t like any of the other interior colors.

I agree, I dislike black interior (and black wheels). With a base 1LT my interior choices are very limited for Sebring Orange. I've seen comments where certain seats look dirty at first glance, but I'll get over that. I think the orange seat belts will help my build's looks, although I hate to pay that much for something that should be free. We think the stinger stripes somehow lengthen the looks of the car, while the full-length racing stripes somehow shorten it. Maybe we'll take delivery around the same time in New Hampshire.

I agree. I just don’t want an all black interior. And after looking at them all I decided Sky Cool Grey will be my choice. Even if a handful of people say that it looks white. I’ll have no problem with it. Not gonna be a daily driver so I’m not gonna trash the leather seats. I’m hemorrhaging enough money that splurging for the Orange seatbelts is an after thought. I wasn’t aware of the controversy between full stripes and stinger stripes? I’m going w/ full stripes. I guess I’ll have the short looking Vette.

Not a controversy, my wife said she wouldn't be seen in the car if it had the full stripes. And thinking about it, the stinger resembles the 1981-82 thin hood stripes which I like, and those and the fender stripes will bring out the gray in the seats. Just enough striping to contrast with the orange in a good way. So rather than risk marital discord......

I hear ya. Contraversy was the wrong word. I happen to prefer the full silver stripes. I’m not sure what the stinger stripes look like? But I’ll look into it. After reading about Sky Cool grey perforated inserts looking a bit on the white and dirty side I'm considering going with two tone seats. Sebring Orange with full silver stripes, Sky Cool grey interior with black perforated inserts. And I still believe the Sky Cool Grey interior probably looks like a very light grey which I'm fine with. But adding black perforated inserts eliminates some of the grey. Would have went with Charcoal grey inserts but not available anymore. I don’t mind some black in the interior. I just don’t want it all black.

Sounds like a nice build. Hop on the 2026 configurator under "Exterior" and you'll see all the paint and stripe options. I don't think it's possible to order a truly unattractive C8, although some have come close with the (now overpriced) color override option. I liked the Roswell Green and the Hysteria Purple, but the latter is gone anyway.

I hear ya. I’ll check out the stinger stripe silver. I toyed w/ the idea of adding two tone black and grey seats to my build but it’s too much black. I’m back to Sky Cool Grey interior which I love.

Here you go - with a white piece of paper in some shade and then sun.

To me you can't go wrong with either choice.
Im considering Sebring Orange, Silver Stripes, Body color roof, Sky Cool Grey interior. I love the stripe. Did you get a lot of comments on the silver stripe? I know a lot of people like carbon flash roof, nacelles and mirrors. I want less black. Just love the stripes.

So you’re going with stinger stripes and fender stripes? What about roof, nacelles & mirrors? Body color or carbon flash? I decided to pass on two tone seats. All Sky cool grey seats for me.

I'm going with Sebring Orange paint, stinger stripes, fender stripes, orange seat belts on Sky Cool Gray seats. Very basic 1LT coupe, all motor.
