We are Columbia River Corvettes of Kelso/Longview. Some may recall the Bowtie Bash we used to put on. Well, we are switching it up to do something different. This is our first try at this but we are hoping to see plenty of participants. This is about an hour long local course.
Well.....Mother Nature screwed us with massive rain and I forgot to put "rain or shine" on the flyer so.....it was a bust. Three cars showed, all Corvettes. Seems people just didn't see the part about all vehicles were invited. But we learned and will try again probably in early September, and probably on a Sunday instead. Of course I'll post here if we do.
Sorry it didn't work out for your club. I think there are just so many factors making it difficult to plan events right now, weather being a big factor.
Several members down here are going to the Big Sky Corvette Meet in Bozeman,MT - the weather up there is a major concern!
