Hello -- I'm new to the forum. Looking to purchase a solid chrome bumper C3 daily driver. Prefer a small block manual transmission car with AC and power steering. Would be willing to convert an automatic. I am certainly not looking for a numbers matching car or perfect paint -- just a sincere solid driver that might need a little work. Prefer to be in the low $20K's range.
I would be willing to part with my beloved 1958 Volvo PV544 (plus my cash of course) towards a trade for the right C3 if anyone is interested. I've had several classics, but this one gets me more thumbs up than any others. Extremely solid daily driver with honest patina and lots of upgrades.

Welcome to the Forum. I think you should be able to find a good chrome bumper car with a good frame/birdcage and presentable paint within your low $20s budget. It may take you a few months of being patient but they are definitely out there. If you see a car that checks all your boxes, be prepared to go see it ASAP as good cars sell fast.
