ER owners were commonly posting 2.1s 0-60 (0.4s delta) but we weren't seeing 0.4s deltas from SR nor Z (2.5s nor 2.2s, respectively) owners. So real world GSX is likely 2.0s.
Those in car 0 to 60 timers are off. We know this but it's still a decent gauge (not the one offs you see posted from time to time by C8Z or SRs). Having owned both C8Z and E-Ray you can feel the difference from a dig and you see it reflected in the same timer consistently runs 2.1 with a best of 2.0 on the E-Ray and consistent 2.7 and best of 2 6 in my C8Z. The more traction. You get the harder these things launch. It's why a C8Z at a dragstrip can run side by side with an E-Ray but on the street gets smoked from a dig or low speed (until well into triple digits).

The GS is going to be side by side with the Z until 60 70 and then the Z will walk it.

On the move the Z06 is going to walk it. Only difference is instead of 3 or 4 cars by 130 against an LT2 car it'll be 2.5 cars for the LS6 or similar.

Can't wait to see the LT2 SR run an LS6 car.

Hopefully, there will be a few LS6 at our track this fall.
