If the battery is connected and no fuses are pulled, in addition to OnStar, minimally the RCDLR needs to be awake enough to listen for fob key presses and react to door pad and trunk button presses. Most likely the BCM is awake since it sends commands to the door and trunk locks. And the exhaust module controller’s fuse is always hot, so for whatever reason it might be awake too if you’ve got the NPP option. Gone are the days when only an electric clock was drawing a few milliamps. And if the reason you’re leaving a fob in the car is to keep the doors unlocked, then turn off the auto lock feature in the options. You can always use the fob to lock the doors if the car’s not in the garage.
