I just changed the original tires on my ZR1. All 4 tires wore the inside edge bad. !3,000 miles Is this normal or do I need an alignment? Other than the inside edge the tires looked pretty good. Any insight would be appreciated. Non ZTK

If you mean 13,000 miles then I've seen plenty of Z06' and Grand Sports back in the day eat up the inside edge at those miles.
You need a street alignment, the track alignment you now have will continue to eat the inside of the tires, many post on the forum about this issue, find a good alignment shop with Corvette experience and get a alignment.
I just replaced mine too, and the inside edge wear (especially on the front tires) was pronounced. I have a street alignment, but had a little track and autocross time on them too - which I am sure contributed.
It's concerning though, the inside edge is the most hidden (especially if the car is lowered, like mine is). Something to keep an eye on for sure.
