My memory is not what it should be. PLEASE feel free to correct me if I am mistaken: but I believe there were around a dozen “official” shinoda bodied cars(Not sure if any were non-ZR-1) and that this is the only one in yellow, There was a not-factory red one that ran in the Silver State Classic a couple times that I think came down from Canada to run. As I said my memory is sketchy but there may have been a couple done up in Marlboro colors as well, possibly part of a contest sponsored by same.

I had searched and saw where there are only 14, in total, of these built. Also, as you mentioned, only 1 in Pearl Yellow. I don't know how many per color were built. While the Yellow is an attention getter... not really what I'd be after.
I've had a few yellow cars over the years. The one thing they had in common was, birds seemed to liked to **** on them.
They’ve been coming out of the woodwork for several months now. Funny how it’s been somewhat of a drought, as far as I could tell for quite a while. Then all of the sudden, after I bought mine a few months ago… I see them for sale everywhere.
That car in post #10 above took a while to start. My '90 consistently starts in 1 sec or less.
I really dislike that rear spoiler lip, to me it's fugly, just not my taste. The rest of the bodywork is fine.

Haha, I'm completely the opposite. I absolutely love the rear bumper/spoiler on these cars. I could take or leave the side skirts, but the front bumper is hideous IMO.
