Sure getting dizzy reading all the great info you all are providing. Happy to hear that "mag drive" is standard. I hardly drive the car and having the mag drive to me is a waste of money. But if it's standard, then I'll live with it. My current 2013 yellow, 3 1/2 yrs old car only has under 7,000 miles!!
My TPW is 6/22 as well for my HTC GS but I am taking museum delivery. I spoke to Shane at the NCM , customer coordinator for museum deliveries. He stated since it is a new model and engine, the factory holds on to the early build cars for additional quality control review which may delay deliveries . Though the amount of the delay was not specified ..
best and congrats on the new car
Dan
2019 AB/ARI GS
Working from memory, when the C7 came out, the 1st roughly 2000 were delayed. My build was 2094 being the 1st one delivered in town, ahead of earlier orders. My current GS order went to 3000 yesterday so hopefully will avoid early order delays. It was the 1st GS allocation my dealer received, so should be the 1st delivered again.
I was told today that today by the Corvette concierge that my Grand Sport order is currently at production event code 3300 having advanced from 3000 on Monday, they were however unable to see a target production week. I would like to know if anyone else at 3300 has found a production week from any source? From what I have been able to find it appears that 2027 production may start somewhere in mid June.

I see you are working with a dealer in SoCal. Since you are, you might just see what they will give you on trade for your 2023 car. You might be surprised. Never hurts to ask.
Finally...yes, dealers will add all kinds of doo-dads to buttress their bottom line.
Things like:
Paint sealant for $4000
Interior protection for $2750
Nitrogen filled tires for $150 (The air we breathe is already 78% nitrogen!)
Tire dressing for $200
Wheel sealant for $250
and anything else they can dream up to make more money off of customers.
Between this, and "ADM" and equipment that is forced upon buyers, These are but a few of the reasons that many HATE dealerships. But, occasionally, they NEED them....

You all are providing lots of information. The dealership that I'm working with ORIGINALLY told me they were interested in a "trade in" for my car. Now, after I submitted an order to them, they have come back and said NOT interested in my car. I specifically went with them because I thought I'd have a car until my new one arrived. Now, I have to hassle selling my car, time it so that I have a car until the new one arrives. I should have just gone to Ciocca (they handled my previous two Vettes) and NOT try to give the local dealership my Vette order. I'm disappointed in myself.
Your story makes me feel good that I drove my 22Stingray right to the dealer and traded it in at the same time I did my order. I have other fun cars to drive.

If you have never done it before, or are unfamilar, I would suggest giving your local CarMax a try if you need to sell your car towards last minute (or whenever you are ready to sell). They will buy your car on the spot, even if you don't want to buy one of their theirs. I've generally received pretty strong offers from them, and sold to them twice in the past. Once when I was purchasing replacement long-distance, and another when they were higher than potential trade offers. Both times in and out with a check in-hand within an hour or so. Sounds like Carvana may also be a decent similar option these days as well, but I have not tried them myself.

Wow. Thx for the tips. I'll check with them sometime this month. I don't have any info yet re the status of my GS 2027. My $5K check has been cashed. Been busy and need to contact them this week!! I've always been able to see my previous Vettes by owner. You get more $$$. But it's an extreme hassle. Takes alot of time talking, texting, showing the car. Thx again.

I move recently to 3300 and dealer tracker shows TPW of June 22nd
Those of you who made it to 3300 (and beyond) w/ TPWs...how long was the time between 3000 & 3300? Just found out mine has hit 3000 yesterday or today, having still been @ 2000 on Tuesday.
I think seeing my new toy in all its new-configurator glory this evening has accelerated my growing impatience!

Shoot.. I'm worried if I play with the configurator I'll regret some of my choices now that it's too late to change!
