It was a good day to work in the shop as the pollen has been raging the last couple of days. Here's this morning's layer on my Blue Jeans/ dark blue truck hood.
I kept the shop windows closed and the industrial fan on... mostly organizing parts waiting for re-install.

Looks just like the yellow haze on everything at my place as well. Made the mistake of leaving the garage door open while I made room to work on the vette. My Targa blue covertible is now an ugly greenish matte finish.

Doesn't sound like fun. At least my driveway is relatively flat so I was able to coast in when I broke something last week. That is why I had to rearrange garage. Left a trail of what I believe to be trans oil all the way down my road and into the garage. Think a seal went. Also still leaking oil after the wi ter rebuild.
Just a comment while I'm guzzling coffee. For my old cars generally I only use a shop for annual state inspections, alignments, exhaust work etc. Went to one guy for 40+ years who always had cool stuff sitting around until he had the nerve to retire and I had trouble finding someone else. Last year I finally found someone and unbelievably he's one mile from the house. He's laid back, always listens and when you go there it's always a classic car show.
Went there yesterday for an inspection and he cycled two C3s in before me, had an old huge Caddy with fins in there and A VW bus waiting. A few other 'don't see them very often' things as well and he'll work on anything, not just classics. To boot, when he opened the shop in that location the agreement came with a big orange cat. yesterday he was sitting in repose upon a fluffy pillow at the edge of the shop keeping an eye on things. My wife brings him treats (and he seems to expect it).
I didn't think places like this existed anymore, it sort of restores some hope.
