'02 Lingenfelter Twin-Turbo EBZ06... 1 meticulous owner
Really didn't anticipate putting this car up for sale
...and since everyone will ask, "why are you selling?"... here's the short version:
1) recently purchased a C6ZR1 that gets driven more, even though it is not as fast as this car
2) at age 50, I just cannot and do not drive this car remotely near its potential. Really I never have. No its not the fastest thing out there, but it is faster than the dyno #s will show (years ago, ran 10.6 @ 138.7), and its much faster than I can safely drive it. 650+rwhp/3100lbs is nothing to sneeze at, regardless of the horsepower wars we are in today.
3) lifestyle changes... I've had multiple hot-rods in my garage at the same time for the last 25 years. I've just got other things to do (good things), and the car just doesn't get driven much.
No stories here. Original owner with _complete_ documentation from purchase + modifications. <26k miles. Car has been stored in garage all its life. Mods are listed below... professionally installed and tuned. Complete maintenance record history. $32,000.
**Please no low-ball offers. If my price isn't worth it to you, please just move to something else. I realize this is a niche-market car. It will take a specific buyer...someone like me when I was 15 years younger than I am now.**
Questions are certainly welcome! Ask away... I'm an open book, and want a new owner to be 100% satisfied.
This is the same package LPE went 225mph with. Runs perfectly on 93 octane (I've never had anything else in it).
Vette Essentials interior is in "as new" condition. I am 5'6"/155lbs, so there is just not any wear on the interior. The leather is 100x better than OEM stuff.
Only thing that does not work on the car is the passenger side door lock automatic actuator/solenoid. So it just gets operated by hand.
This is an extremely well-sorted, turnkey car, ready to go. It is not a museum piece, but it has been extremely well-cared for, and I have all service and maintenance records down to every oil change since it was new.
Forged motor installed 11/2004 and at 10k miles on the car. Meticulously serviced at 21st Century Musclecars (Addison, TX), except for minor things which I've done myself (tires, brakes, oil changes). Last oil change 7/2017... zero oil consumption.

Would you mind listing the progression from stage1/stage2+/drivetrain upgrades as far as a timeline and reasons for the upgrades? You are probably already doing this for members who are contacting you, but it
would be great if you could list that information here.
Also, how much, if any, issue is there with ground clearance for the turbos and associated hardware?
I swore that I was done with modified C5Zs, but your car is very close to my idea of perfection.
Thanks for any insights you can provide,

I honestly don't recall when I bumped the boost to Stage 2+. And that is what it is... basically, you void the LPE warranty (which was gone by then anyway) and run more boost, and retune it. That put me at 654rwhp/621rwtq, running through the _stock_ cats. In effect, this maxxes out the small T28 turbos.
Only very recently did I replace the stock cats with hi-flows...and the stockers weren't breaking up... I just felt like it should be done with 15yr old cats having seen as much fuel as they have over the years.
I did the driveline "just because." Nothing broke. I had been running a Spec 2/3 clutch which was fine for my type of driving. Car had never been, and has never been, run on drag slicks. Honestly, the primary reason for upgrading the driveline was to make it more of what I want... a _real_ street car that can use all the power. The stock MN12 trans for the Z06 is geared very short, as you know, so this made 3rd useless at times, even with drag radials. Now... with the long-legged ratios from the C6ZR1 in there... it hooks well from a 2nd gear punch, and will even accelerate through some spin in 1st. It's just _easier to drive_. So, mission accomplished! Since the trans was getting new gearing, I went with upgraded internals. Since the diff was out, same thing. At this time, I also had a DYAD clutch installed which handles more power and was easier on the leg than the Spec. This was done at 5/8/13 with 21,380 miles on the ticker.
Ok... think I answered everything.
Oh... ground clearance... I haven't had any problems with the turbos or oil feed lines, and the car is lowered on stock bolts. These cars do sit low. There is some rubbing every now and then on the plastic housings that mate the silicone turbo piping to the dual intercoolers that are mounted in front of the front wheel wells.

So I wonder what I do if I decide to keep it again... stays another decade in the family. Honestly, my son is almost to a point where he can buy it from me...may just do that anyway.
