Default Water Pump Bypass Hose Question - 74 LS4
My 74 LS4 engine water pump by pass hose is painted the sameorange color as the engine. I just assumed somewhere along the line someone paintedit which made no sense to me. In looking in the NCRS technical guide it saysthat hose was painted.
Is that correct?

Yes. The hose was installed at the engine plant (Tonawanda) and was painted when the engine was painted.
