Paint sealers????
debating about using a paint sealer on my 2017 Z06. Any issues with doing this? Does anyone have a particular product that works well on C7? My goal is to increase the shine and protect the paint surface. Would this help reduce brake dust on the wheels? A friend of mine suggested a product called "TOP HAT"...... I have never heard of it.

Any of the reputable companies nano technology coatings (ceramic). Not cheap but well worth the extra coin over traditional waxes/sealants. I have coated all 3 of my vehicles with CarPro's C Quartz. My Vette was done by a professional. I did my other 2 myself. Car Pros products are all excellent. Definitely buy their wash Reset if you do a coating.

I have used Black fire products for a few years now and been very happy with results. I have used there waxes ,sealers and coating. I will be using Blackfire on my new GS I have ordered. I get it thru Autogeek , you might want to check out there web site there is a lot of good info and video's on auto detailing and they carry a lot of brands.

I use entire Pinnacle Black Label Diamond line on my black 2015 C7 Z06. Wheel coating on wheels & exhaust tips keeps them looking great longer and cleaning easy. Coating & sealant on the paint instead of wax makes less dust attract to it. I did the entire process before my Z06 ever hit the street. Took a few days as I did it all by hand, but it was worth it. Now it takes me 15 minutes to completely wash it with a waterless wash, 15 more if I do the wheels too. Even the black on the exhaust tips wipes off with spritz of waterless wash. Lasted well through 2 summers, so I refreshed mine this winter.
Entire process is . . . wash / clay / polish / coatings / sealant

someone mentioned ZAINO..... I remember using that on my 2011 GS(last vette I owned until now) and I had the whole kit out in the garage. That stuff is pretty darned good, I had just waxed it so had to remove that and then put the Z1 and Z2 on. I remember I was always pleased at how easy it went on, dried quickly and them wiped off easily. The "buffing" in the shine is the hardest part..... I can never make myself stop rubbing on it. OK, it's all done now

Bud Man,
I too am a fan of BlackFire polish and sealant.....
As for brake dust, best thing I did was swap out my Brembo brake pads, for a set of Powerstop Z26 extreme pads. 90% LESS brake dust. Super simple to swap out pads on the Vette. If you intend on tracking your car, then I would keep the stock pads, although a number of folks say it's fine with the Power stop pads. There are MANY threads on this forum regarding brake pads, and less dust..... do a search to check them out.

Zaino Clear Sealant followed by Z8 Grand Finale on my Z06 and all of my cars. Easy to use, durable and looks wet. Clear Sealant is a simple, one step that requires no buffing. I spritz it with Z8 to make it pop. You can apply Clear Sealant to a clean car in under 10 minutes.

I may try this myself as opposed to pretty expensive professional application.
Right now I use Adams quick sealant spray. It's super easy to apply and in my experience lasts all winter long here in NYC. I don't drive my carin the snow or anything but it stays outside.

Make sure your micro doesn't get saturated with it. It will streak then.
