This kit was bought in 2008 just before I left for Afghanistan for 3 years. It has about 3 to 4 thousand miles. I had the car "sync" and on a dyno. It gave from about 425 to 595 horses. There is nothing wrong with it. I am just trading my C5.

I hear ya on that. I recently had my entire car painted.....expensive as hell and didnt' want to have to deal with paint again. haha. I have been looking at centrifugal type kits...but I am very interested in a roots style. I did a quick read on their website....they said something about if running the standard pulley (7psi i think) that it does NOT need a dyno tune to operate safely??? did I read that right? and what are we looking (just a ballpark idea) at shipping to 83716? thanks for actually responding!!!

I changed to bigger injectors (included) to get a better response. So I did have it retuned. Now that the motor is back to stock, I had to get it retuned again. I don't know about shipping (34638) but we can split it. This thing will change your car...night and day.

what size injectors come with it? i think 42s are standard with this kit. also besides the kenne bell hood, what other hoods will clear do you know of? the lingenfelter hood? I'll check on shipping cost, hood cost and such..does it need anything else not included besides the hood? give me a bit to check on all that. I'm interested i'll get back to ya.

The kit didn't come with injectors because you can use the originals. While tuning, it was noticeable that the injectors were too small so I purchased 65's (if I remember correctly). that did the trick and the response was immediate. As far as hoods. i didn't do any research when I purchased the kit. It all cost me almost 10K.

Here are some recent pictures of my setup with some added accessories. I can not find any of the bone stock pictures when I first installed it.
As for the hood, you will have to research if any new companies make one that fits. The Kenne Bell is a lot wider than a normal roots style blower so the KB hood that comes with the kit was the only option back in the day.
