Yes..It does. It draws a lot of attention. I often have people asking if ok to take a picture. I really like this car and would love to keep it but...

The only reason I'm selling it is because my wife is having back and neck issues and the ride aggravates her problems. So it takes the fun out of it.

Thank you for the question. It is a solid roof that is removable. GM does not produce a C7 Stingray with a nonremovable roof, e.g., all C7 Stingray roofs are removable.

If a non-removable top, also known as a "hard top", is a must for you, then you may need to look for a 1999 - 2000 model. I might be wrong but I think these were the only years a Corvette was produced with a hard top. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this.

The 2006 -2013 C6 Z06 were all non-removable. Due to the light-weight hydro-formed aluminum frame, the tops were not removable. A few people did un-bolt the C6 Z06 roof, but expensive (and a bit heavy) underside reinforcement was recommended (on the order of $8-12k). And since the tops were not made to come off, a lot of custom hardware fitting was required. No C6 Z06 convertibles either.

Also, all 2006-2013 C6 Z06 were six speed manuals. Again, a few were converted to automatics, but no factory auto-Z06.

The 427 was basically a convertible Z06, though.
