Unsubscribe.
How do I stop getting emails about new posts in every thread I have been in? Just cleared several thousand emails from the inbox of an email account I only use here

You next need to take care of the current subscriptions.
Go to UserCP, View all Subscribed Threads, and manually change the options for that thread. There is a mass-select feature using the checkbox column to the right and selecting the appropriate action in the bottom right corner.

I keep getting flooded with spam in my inbox. It floods my mailbox and I've tried disabling all subscriptions by clicking on the link in the spam email and unsubscribed all. Also tried looking though Edit Options and change the Default Thread Subscription Mode setting and "Email subscribe to Threads emails" was unchecked. Do I have any options to be removed from your list?
