Land in Knoxville area
Specifically 5 to 10 acres south and west to be near work and family.
needs to be flat to support a large workshop and home.

Have a real-estate agent, going through market place and driving around looking for signs and talking to folk. Talking to everyone we know to hopefully catch something without a bidding war from the western transplants.
