Came out to my car two days ago and noticed this. The side wall of my 2 month old front left tire appears to be damaged with a bulge forming. It's very close to where the tire and rim meet. No rim damage. I ordered a new tire. My question is...does this appear to be the result of hitting something sharp while driving, maybe even a pothole or railroad tracks or a manufacturer defect and am I taking a risk driving the car? Tire pressure has not moved since I've noticed it.
