What Ken said, or it’s also possible you didn’t shut everything off completely. I have a 16 z51 with mag and PTM. I move the selector to Track, press twice and the PTM menu pops up with 5 options. Wet, Dry, Sport 1, Sport 2 and Race. Race should kill everything. Ironically though, after several runs, Sport1 yields the best times for me, not Race as I initially assumed
