1. The Neighborhood Devil

For the sole purpose of scaring people, this Corvette owner hit the streets in his Stingray decorated with the creepiest eight-legged crawlers. To give children nightmares on the Halloween of 2008, he even dressed up as the devil, added a little fog magic and instantly turned the road into the devil's playground.

2. Corvette Batmobile

Don't think the devil Stingray is impressive enough? This DC fan decided to turn his red Corvette into the Batmobile for 2014's Halloween. I don't know who would go through all of the trouble to paint their C7 matte black and add decals just to be Batman for Halloween, but here it is. It is a good thing this owner used Plasti-Dip because on any other day other than Halloween, this person would be seen as crazy to cover up that red beauty.

3. Stingray Costume

Whether this father (or mother) is a fan or owns a Corvette is uncertain, but there was certainly some Corvette love in 2009. These parents-of-the-year made the greatest Sideswipe (Transformers) costume for their 5-year-old boy. It wasn't enough to create cardboard cutouts of Sideswipe's image; this kid's parents made it functional. On that Halloween, this boy could change from Sideswipe to the Stingray Corvette and back again.

4. A Corvette Show and Scare

While Trunk 'r Treating is for car owners to get creative and give out candy in a safe environment, this particular car show is for car enthusiasts to showcase both their cars and their Halloween spirit. Held in Levittown, Pennsylvania, this annual car show is hosted by the Delaware Valley Road Runners Car Club. It is a family-friendly show with hayrides, food and music. The people participating even get a chance to win some trophies for either their cars, Halloween decorations or costumes.

5. Creepy Corvette Artwork

As part of an online Halloween art show in 2011, people began to upload their creations combining cars and the creepiness that is Halloween. Among the contributions we get this lovely couple in their early 1960's (maybe late 50's) Corvette. The artist, Bob Kramer, takes real life images and places them in different kinds of backgrounds (as seen above). This haunting image just proves that Halloween and Corvettes are a great match.
