This meme must be referring to the GT350 Mustang, which a lot of Ford owners have looked at to be a mighty street machine that can take on most comers. The thing is, though the C6 Z06 only has 505 horsepower from its 7.0 liter V8, it is also lighter than most performance cars. So with both of them running head to head we're pretty sure that lack of mass is going to help the Vette get up to speed and stay ahead, not to mention corner and stop better.

2. The Blue Devil Cares
Do you like the Z06 Corvette? What if I were to tell you that GM took a whole bunch of them and did some Universal Soldier shenanigans to them, to create a big headache for other sport cars manufacturers back in 2009 when they unveiled the ZR1. Packing a supercharged 6.2-liter LS9 V8 that put out around 100 horses per liter was enough on its own to leave other cars shaking so hard their lug nuts loosened up; add to that the suspension mods and other cars were shedding parts in fear. Sure the Vette has plenty of grip in the corners, but apply the throttle in anger and those Michelin Pilot 2s never stood a chance against the unforgiving asphalt.

3. Corvette Alarm Clock
If you've got the multimode exhaust system option on your C7 with the Performance Package, then you can switch the exhaust note to stealth mode in order to gain some good favor with your neighbors. If however, you do not have the that package, or just figure you're doing a good deed by letting your neighbors substitute coffee with the aggressive exhaust of your Vette, then that's your prerogative too.

In a car like the C7 Z06, there is no way that you can get bored enough while driving it to pick up your phone and start fiddling about. If you were wondering what GM wanted C7 drivers to think about while they are behind the wheel, I'm sure it's plain as day when you look at how the interior is focused. If you have to look at something while you are driving a Corvette it should be a momentary glance at your speedometer so you know to rein in the car lest you break triple digits and earn yourself a nice fat ticket!

The SRT8 Challenger is a 470 horsepower V8 that would give quite a few cars a run for their money... including the C7. However, the Challenger has an eating problem because it tips the scales at over 2 tons! The C7, on the other hand, is a 460 horsepower V8 housed in a vehicle with the curb weight of 3,347 lbs, with perfect weight distribution and a low center of gravity, to make it the winner every time.

There is nothing wrong with buying whatever you want that makes you happy....within reason. If that thing is a car, then it is something you can show to others as proof of your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm for the automotive. I myself worked a part-time job during high school, while eating peanut butter sandwiches daily for lunch, in order to save up for my first car, so there's that.

7. Thinking of Love Lost and Found
I looked at this meme and wondered to myself if he calmly hugged her goodbye and got into the car wondering to himself if he was making the right decision, while tearfully driving slowly away? Or, did he lay down the longest burnout anyone on that side of the city had ever seen, causing God himself to look down from the heavens and proclaim it to be savage? I don't know how long he was in that relationship, but if anyone asked me to sever ties with a beauty of a C7 I'd reassess things too. I guess he knew that the right woman won't ask you to change, she'll yell at you to drop a gear and go faster while giggling wildly.
