8 Coolest C8 Corvette Wide Body Creations

Body kits for the Corvette C8 have been around since 2020. Some are renderings, produced from the mind of their artist. And some are real kits you can buy. Whether you're looking for some mild visual upgrades, or something completely over the top, there is something for everyone.

This Sigala Designs widebody kit includes ground effects and a massive rear wing.
The Pandem/Rocket Bunny Racing Widebody kit's proportions are all wrong, but the lower body and yellow wheels make up for it.
The Street Hunter Designs body kit is a little more subtle but still adds aggressive looks.
The Alandi Motors C8 Centurion body kit is subtle but distinctive compared to the stock Corvette.
This Corvette C8 Rendering by Xeigen is one of the most aggressive well conceived wide body designs.
The Competition Carbon C8RR is a wild mix of sharp angles and edges. The front looks like it has pop-up headlamps.
The completely over the top Black Widow from Carmstyledesign give a JDM vibe with the blade wheels and use of color.
Looking like something out of Tron, the Hypervette is a next level rendering for the C8.

Sigala Designs Widebody RR Kit

It didn't take long for widebody kits to start appearing for the C8 Corvette. Some are just renderings, but then there are total body kits like this one from Sigala Designs. Available in fiberglass for $15k, or $25k for carbon fiber, this 32-piece kit transforms the Corvette. It gives the C8 a more aggressive GT race car look with the large rear wing, aggressive front splitter, and rocker-panel extensions. A vented hood and fenders blend into the front. In the back, quad-outlet exhaust cranks up the sound and adds to the racer vibe. It's not subtle and it will definitely stand out at any car show.

Pandem/Rocket Bunny Racing Widebody Kit

Pandem was one of the first companies to offer a widebody kit for the C8 Corvette. And their Rocket Bunny-themed kit is one of the cheapest at $7,000. But It also looks the cheapest. The fender flares look tacked on and the proportions are all wrong too. The front fenders are too skinny compared to the back, looking like a bodybuilder who goes overboard on leg day. That said, the way the front spoiler flows into the fenders and back through the rocker extensions is hot and the yellow rims provide a nice contrast to the ground effects and white body.

Street Hunter Designs Body Kit

The key to a good widebody kit is proportions. If the rear spoiler or front air dam is too large, it won't look right. Likewise, if the front and rear fenders don't proportionally relate to each other, the result comes off like a sprinter in clown shoes. The Street Hunter Designs body kit is an example of proportions that work. It has a large rear wing and aggressively flared fenders like the Sigala Designs body kit. But everything is proportionate and integrates so well. In addition to the wing and fender flares, the kit offers a front bumper extension, rear carbon-fiber diffuser, and black carbon-fiber accents.

Alandi Motors C8 Centurion

Alandi Motor's approach is different than the other kits. They advertise components to make your C8 "much better looking and different from the stock one". You can order the full 13-piece kit or a Lite version without the widebody parts. You can also even pick and choose from an individual list of parts. All components are made of "dry" carbon fiber which is stronger, lighter, and more expensive than regular carbon fiber. Alandi also makes body kits for Porsche, BMW, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, and Bentley among other cars. The Centurion kit for the C8 definitely looks high-end and provides subtle differences over the stock C8.

Xeigen C8 Daytona Rendering

Every few months, rumors surface that Xeigen will build this Corvette C8 Daytona wide body kit. It's definitely an aggressive design. Much like the Sigala Designs kit, it transforms the C8, giving it a GT race car look. But it's a much more cohesive design. This rendering even has a modified front hood with a power bulge and manages to pull it off. And the design of those star wheels, with the yellow brake calipers, adds some stealth menace. Xeigen has made body kits for the C3 based on the cars raced by John Greenwood and they need to make this kit happen.

Competition Carbon C8RR

If you miss the popup headlamp look of the C5 and earlier Corvettes, this body kit may be for you. The C8RR replaces the normal headlights with two centrally-mounted round lamps flanked by daytime running lights. From there things get wild. A central air intake sticks up over the cockpit. Wide fenders with redesigned side scoops totally change up the look behind the doors. Competition Carbon has yet to release a complete kit for the C8RR but some of the components are available individually.

Carmstyledesign Black Widow

The Black Widow widebody kit is an over-the-top creation by Carmstyledesign and Ivan Tampi of Ivan Tampi Customs. The striking use of color - black for the rocker extensions, rear body kit and spoiler, and red trim is downright sinister. The red blade wheels and red headlamps make it look like something a Sith Lord would drive. The Black Widow name is well known to JDM fans thanks to Tampi's retro kits for Toyotas and Hondas. The C8 Black Widow kit is expected to drop in mid-2022 and adds some JDM flair to the Corvette.

Hycade Hypervette Rendering

A lot of artists create static renderings of their designs - pictures that offer a look at what's possible. But the artist Hycade took things to a whole new level by creating a video of his Hypervette rendering. The blue Hypervette looks like something out of Tron: Legacy. A giant multi-level wing and air ducts add a futuristic vibe to the widebody kit. There's even a stingray element tying the air ducts and spoiler together. The white trim looks like an extension of the LED lighting, practically glowing against the black body components. And the video is impressive. Black, white, and blue versions of the Hypervette are displayed to music across different settings and lighting conditions. When it comes to renderings, it's truly next-level stuff.
