1. Concert Ticket

No one buys a ticket to a concert and expects to be showered with gifts by the superstar performer who they're going to see. But, that's exactly what happened when a school teacher bought the four millionth ticket to a Garth Brooks concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Garth gifted her with five grand in cash, her student loans being paid off, a new Jeep Cherokee, and a red C7 Corvette! The unidentified woman will surely be the coolest teacher back at school when students get a look at her new Corvette in the lot.

2. 35th Anniversary

This sweet woman has wanted a yellow C5 Corvette since she first laid eyes on one back in the early 2000's. So Gary, being the loving husband he is, went out and found one to gift to his wife Lori for their 35th anniversary. The video will surely bring a smile to your face as you see the woman screech upon lifting a storage unit door and seeing the front of the 'Vette smiling back at her. As Lori is inspecting her dream car, good guy Gary whispers to the camera, "wait until she drives it and finds out it drives like a truck!"

3. Gift to Herself

The majority of us hit our twentieth birthday and had some cake, looked forward to what the world has in store for us (since we hadn't been smacked by reality yet), did some things we may or may not have been proud of and then went to bed. However, Kendall Jenner, fashion model and a member of the Kardashian clan, went and bought herself a vintage 1957 sky blue and white C1 Corvette. Ahhhh, to be young, rich and famous.

4. Father's Day C7

Rapper Kevin Gates' wife Dreka stated that since they had met over 14 years ago, that there were two things that Kevin always wanted. Typical of a rapper one of the two was gold teeth and the other was a Z06 Corvette. So the missus and their daughter decided to reward Kevin with his dream car as an early Father's Day gift. The childlike giddiness Gates displays at the sight of his new car is understandable when checking out the new C7 Z06 parked in the driveway when the removable top stowed away. Here is the video pulled from Instagram of the whole affair preceded by a suspicious Gates and a scheming wife with child.

5. Birthday Gift

Ron Riley went on the Wheel of Fortune back in 1991 and won himself a C4 Corvette. Afterwards, he was faced with the dilemma of whether to keep the car or sell it to dodge the insurance that was surely needed for the car. He chose the latter and ditched the car in order to live his life with some extra cash albeit Corvette free. Later in life Ron found himself thinking of what could have been. After years of lamenting the sale of the Corvette and his 64th birthday approaching, his wife Charlotte knew what had to be done. She spent a month looking through ads trying to find the right car for her beloved husband. She presented Ron with a red 1991 Corvette 24 years after he sold the original one he was awarded. This Corvette became a gift for not just a great guy but also a memento of his wife's love and appreciation of everything he does.

6. Birthday Stingray

What do you get for the man who could buy almost everything? Well, I guess I'd have to ask Bill Gate's wife that one, but La La Anthony bought her husband the New York Knicks' Carmelo Anthony a black modified C7 Corvette Stingray for his 30th birthday along with a vintage 1998 Dom Perignon in order to enjoy some celebratory drinks. We're not sure how much driving he'll be able to since New York is notoriously crowded with traffic congestion and rowdy pedestrians but I'm sure he is unable to keep the 'Vette stored away forever in a garage.

7. Father's Day C5

This one is what can happen when you raise great kids that love and cherish their parents. A group of siblings put their heads together as well as their wallets and bought their parents a C5 that is as pretty as it is menacing. One of the siblings, who may be the mastermind of this plan, got his first Corvette with the help of his parents at the age of 19. They helped him a great deal with his car but sadly never had the chance to own one themselves. Now that problem is solved and the parents own a muscle car to tool around town in. My only question is, how do you match that for Mother's Day the next year? Here's the link to the awesome video complete with grandma uttering a curse word in front of the young ones.

8. All-Star Game MVP

Since 2005, Chevrolet has been the official car brand of Major League Baseball. When Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, became the MVP of the All-Star game in 2014 he was given the choice between a Stingray and a Silverado pickup. Well as you can see above what Trout chose. Chevrolet went ahead and provided yet another Stingray for charity purposes that would be autographed on the hood by all the players and coaches that appeared in the same All-Star game.

9. Twin-turbo C6 Mother's Day

If you've ever had your mom in your car and thought it would be a great idea to show her how fast your car is and got reprimanded, you're not alone. I am a member of the group myself who has dropped a gear, applied pressure the gas and got rewarded with my mother reciting my full name and commanding me to slow down immediately. This mom falls into another group that was delighted at her son taking her out for Mother's Day on what I can hope was the journey to a lovely brunch in his twin-turbo Corvette that was dynoed at 1,500 horsepower. After mom and son were all strapped in she let him know she had a diaper on just in case things got too hairy and they were off. I won't spoil the video but it is really delightful to see a cool mom enjoy her son's hard work. After all, she herself was once the owner of a 1976 screaming chicken Pontiac Trans Am.
