It's quite a bit different than any other build we've seen thus far.

Unique Ride

There's no denying that the C8 Corvette has been an unmitigated hit since its launch back in 2020, proving that the switch to a mid-engine format was indeed the right move. The C8 has also proven to be a popular vehicle to modify - not terribly surprising, given the Corvette's history - and owners have no shortage of things like wheel options to choose from. On the higher end of that spectrum, this wrapped C8 riding on Vossen Wheels provides a rather unique look, too.

Low Rider

For starters, it's impossible not to notice the unique wrap that covers this C8's flanks, which gives it a tannish hue that we haven't seen anywhere else thus far. It's also hunkered down close to the ground - likely thanks to an air suspension - which is great for car shows and just showing off in the parking lot.

Strong and Light

The star of this proverbial show, however, is the set of wheels that it's currently fitted with - Vossen's LC2-C1 forged units, which aren't exactly cheap at $2,000 each - minus options. However, in the world of wheels, pure forged units are both strong and lightweight, making them rather desirable.

Variety of Sizes

The LC2-C1 is available in a variety of sizes ranging from 19 inches to 24 inches, with widths going anywhere from 8.5 inches to 13 inches. That ensures that no matter what kind of vehicle you drive, there's probably a wheel here that will fit it.

Color Choices

As far as finishes go, this particular C8 is rocking a hue dubbed Marbled Gloss Clear, but other options include Satin Gold, Gloss Clear, Midnight Smoke, and a grand total of 48 custom color choices, which is obviously quite a few.

Other Changes

These pricey but attractive forged wheels are a nice addition to this particular C8, which was on display at last year's SEMA Show. A variety of black accents help accentuate its looks too, covering things like the roof and a variety of other surfaces, including the car's Racing Sport Concepts aero upgrades.

Low Life

Overall, this C8 is one of the more unique builds we've come across, even if it's bound to draw mixed opinions on its looks. Not everyone likes to live the low life, after all, but even at a normal ride height, we imagine this car would look pretty cool, regardless.
