If you’re serious about buying cars and building them and you like to flip them afterward then a private auction might be the way to go. In major cities like Los Angeles, there are public and private auctions. Going in person to one of these gives you a chance to see the car up close and in person. While pre-screening of a vehicle may occur it is important to go over things yourself and ask as many questions as possible.
