The C7 Corvette Stingray is getting so much attention, it seems the C6 Corvette is getting lost in its successor’s shadow. On the Facebook comments, I have seen people post about how they’re planning on holding onto their late-model C6s for a while … at least until a higher-performance C7 Corvette arrives, and for good reason: the C6, especially its higher-performance variants, are among the greatest sports cars in the world.

To pay tribute to C6 fans, as well as those who have purchased a C6 Corvette in the past 25 months, this video is for you. It’s a video to remind us that while the C7 is as good as side-effect-free heroin, the C6 (in general) is still pretty damn good … maybe like a really satisfying whiskey buzz.
