Default iSimple feedback in 99 FRC (w/factory Bose & changer)

Well, i got the iSimple and hooked it up with no problems in place of my factory Bose CD changer, set the switches for 3 & 8 to on and it works great with my ipod Touch, but there is this feedback that I can hear through the speakers when it is on. It is almost like a small alarm clock sound, "beep, beep - pause - beep, beep" and so on. I don't hear it when the music is loud, but can hear it when songs don't have many instruments or the music is low. It is a constant volume and when skipping to and from the next tracks I can hear noise as well, although slightly different. it's not a huge deal but it is a bit annoying. Any advice?
