1990 Convertible Front speakers

Mine have died and need replaced, question is how to remove the old units, any help?

You need to remove the sill covers, the speaker covers are attached to them. There are three of four screws on the door side of the sill cover, and the speaker cover is attached to the speaker pod by some very strong velcro, be careful removing it.
