FS: JL Audio 500/5 (5 Channel Amplifier)
I have for sale a used JL Audio 500/5 amplifier.
The good: It it a very clean and powerful 5 channel amp! Run your whole system off of it or do like me and just use it to power your sub(s) and a pair or pairs of tweeters. Run your main front and rear speakers off your head units power. Provides plenty of options to tweak the sound to your liking. Plenty of wattage to power a stealthbox sub or dual subs. Sounds incredible.
The bad: The 2 front channels when I first hooked it up had an intermittent noise going on with them. Sounded like music distorting and fading out. The following day the noise went away. It's been sitting for about 2 weeks. I had it running last week and again didn't hear it. Not sure why. So be it noted. Might be something...might be nothing at all. The rear channels and the sub channel work perfectly. I have marked the price down accordingly just because of this. Again could be nothing at all but wanted to disclose it.
Etched and painted lightning bolt pattern on the face.
Amp will fit on the back wall of a C5 Corvette.
Any questions feel free to ask.
