Radio install with Manual Trans Tip
After removing the top of the console, slip the **** back on the shifter lever and leave it there until you're ready to put the console back on, so you don't do what I did and accidentally scratch the new touchscreen.

Ouch!
An old tennis ball with a slot cut into it works even better (the shift **** can still scratch things).
And the center console itself can scratch the 'leather' on the e-brake handle if you're not careful. Best thing I've found for that is turning the boot inside out over the handle.
