Default My rotor at 40k miles and 6 track events

Not real good pics, my good camera is out of the country.

I was swapping pads last night and did another inspection. These are Coleman Racing rotor I had custom made (13.4" x 1.25") when I built my brakes. They have been through over 40k street miles and 6 track events including events on TMS and TWS where you can hit 140+. They have no cracks at all the rotor thickness has worn down to now being 1.20" but not bad considering the abuse. I have been running Wilwood C type on the front but also used Wilwood D type for 2 events.

Anyone ever doubts the value of good rotors, you shouldn't.

No real idea. The wilwood D type are rated up to about 900 degrees and I had some fade when using them at times. The C type are rated to 1200 and have never had any problems with them. But that doesn't really tell me how hot the rotors got.
