Besides the price, what's the difference between the Professional grade rotors and "Red" grade rotors at rock auto??

I bought both last time - were identical - saw similar lifetimes for both also. I thought about calling Raybestos to see if there were any metallurgical differences, but didn't want to PAY to call their tech line!

Shipping will kill you from rock auto. Just run down to Advanced or NAPA and pick a set up.

I bought mine from the local NAPA. Told them to match the Rockauto price before shipping and they did. I paid tax instead of shipping. They special ordered them in for me.

This question has been asked before and answered. I know cause I'm the one who asked. Here's the answer compliments of Wiked Weasel. He contacted Rock Auto to get the answer:

The PG plus rotors are raybestos standard replacement parts and carry a limited lifetime warranty. The Red Label is the economy version and carry a 90 day warranty.

Same exact rotor just different warranty.

I did the Search for you. Here's the prior link:

BTW, I use the Red's.....

Humm I have a track day coming up and I got on their site to try and get a set for my cobra. The rotors were like $50 for the 2 fronts and shipping was $45 or so. I may be alittle high on the rotor price I just can't remeber off the top of my head. I went down to NAPA and they priced theirs at $49 each for the frts. That was the cheap ones they had some that were almost $70 ech. Humm maybe I missed something on the form for cheaper shipping. I will go back and look.
