Default Nasa Great Lakes - Mid Ohio April 11-13

Gentlemen,
The newly named Nasa Great Lakes Region (formerly OH/IN) is scheduled to open the season at Mid Ohio on April 11 - 13, 2008. We have a sprint race scheduled each day as well as a 3-hour enduro scheduled for Saturday night. I'm hopeful to continue the momentum in the Super Touring Series for 2008 with the support of some of the forum members. There are several prominent ones who should be present; Raftracer, L98Terror, Falcon, Spectator Racing....
Please consider coming out and experiencing a great event at a great venue. Info and related links below:

Hoping registration will open any day. It's not just opening it for sign-up, it's having all the event supplements and details uploaded as well. One stop shopping.

MORE:
Jaymz
Jacusual
Falcon(?)

Falcon?? He is in such HIGH DEMAND, that he commands a huge start fee just for showing up.

But in lue of start fees, a few Oreo's might do it too.

Spectator Racing will be there in force, don't forget about our newest member mrc24x...we'll be the guys fielding a team of 20 year old Corvettes.

2nd is not an option (but 3rd and 4th are ok)

It sounds like 5th and 6th might have to be an option......

Jon, Are you doing the comp school Friday?

I'd love to make it, but I've got a conflict with a S.E. region event. We have a race at CMP the week before your M-O race. I'm considering missing CMP and coming to y'alls! I love M-O.

That's the plan - If they ever get registration open before I spend all my money on the car...

It's a free-for-all .......registration is now open.

PORCH-MONKEY-boy, is there going to be a dedicated TT run group ???? And how many TT cars can be run in one group without fast cars running over slow cars ???

Just pull over to the side when we go by, don't worry, we'll be courteous

No committment on the run group.....yet!
I am very, very hopeful. If we get an early registration push I expect it to happen and fo rit to carry through the year. Please encourage Anyone considering running TT to register now. You can cancel for a very small fee up to a weeek before.

As for catching the slower cars, well you know the rest. Perhaps you should run something slower....

Those racing in ST, looks like good potential. Make sure you check-out the Nasa ST forum for details as well. Falcon, lame excuse.

Why go anywhere else when you can run at MO against the National Champions in ST1, TTU & TTA.

hmmm...Is Tony B. bringing something to run in ST2? I knew he had shifted to the Miller Series Mustangs.

I'll talk to a couple of the ST2 guys this weekend and see if we can bring an armada of us.

I think that was the key to my set up @ MO

I just signed up for MO, I guess that means I need to get off my a$$ and fix the car
