Default Keep sticky tires on/off vehicle

I leave my Kuhmo 710s on the car in the garage in between track events, maybe a couple weeks at a time - or a little longer. Should they be removed and stored without the vehicle weight on them?

I dont know would like to know also since i have left them on my car on a trailer for a couple weeks at a time. I would think it's alright just make sure to take your time warm the tires up and they will be back to there right shape again. But thats just my guess.

I've never had a problem storing a car on sticky tires

I keep mine on the car while parked in the trailer or in the garage all the time. Never noticed any problems. Could be a month or a week or two between events...

I store my car on jack stands with the wheels off between events.

Mainly so I can inspect each wheel well bolt and bleed the brakes. Clean off the stones off the tires and inspect tires for cuts, clean the wheels and look for cracks in the aluminum.

Ok to leave tires on the car, but cover them so no sunlight gets to them. That is what ages the rubber in addition to the heat cycles. Because I have an open trailer, I remove mine and store them in a small shop and covered to keep sunlight off. I replace with an old set of wheels and tires between events.

OK - the tires and wheels will stay on. It's on a 4 post lift, so the cleaning, inspection, and maintenance are a little easier. Thanks for the info and tips
