Default Road America teaser

A little over two weeks until the NCM event at RA. Here are a few pics from my car at RA two weeks ago with the Nord Stern Porsche club. Looking forward to all Corvettes and fast run groups!

Enjoy! Thanks to Erik for the pictures.

Nice pics, great track.

A little LESS than 2 weeks to go and no event agenda on the IMSA car corral website.... what gives? Is the NCM/Chevrolet hosting a corral event at RA ?

the NCM event on Aug 11-12 info is here

http://www.corvettemuseum.com/regist...E/infora.shtml

Please down load the driver information package.

Roc mentioned he will be sending out a schedule soon. If you have registered for the event a few emails have been already sent out with additional information. ( if you did not receive any prior emails, check your email address. We noticed several participants emails have bounce back )

I will be sending out to the instructors their student assignments in a day or so. ( Fricken computer / internet challenges this weekend ). Instructors then may contact their students.

Mike,

I rode in the beast the first time you had it at RA. Now that it's done and you know the track another ride would be great.

Corrals are handled by direct contact from Corvette Marketing's contracted promotion company, GMRWorks. They deal directly with volunteers; at some corrals they are local NCM people at others GMR finds the volunteers. IMSA makes and posts the corral event schedule.

This looks like a great event. Is it still possible to sign up?

Check the Road America website, each track sells the tickets for the races at their location. At Road America, driving a Corvette and buying a regular admission ticket automatically gives you access to the corral based on first come first served. You dont' have to buy an additional corral ticket like you do at some tracks.

Last time I checked there were spots still available.

Your in Milwaukee, less than an hour to Road America. Any questions about the track or event, you can post here or PM me. Either way somebody will speak up.
