Default Lou's Afternoon at Sebring

They wrapped it all up this afternoon. I just posted a hundred or more pictures of the afternoon test session. Enjoy.

Richard,

Thanks for all the photos. Thats more photos than we have in one full year.

We ended the two day test with a 2:03.5 lap time which is just about 1.6 seconds off the pace of the lead Porsche.

I will do a write up and summary of the test.

Thanks

Hope those new P cars have the same 1/2 shaft problem the Daytona 997s had. ie more pit time for the P cars.

Do you think the M tires would help the lap time difference.

David.

Yes.

Michelin tires gave Corvette racing 2 seconds over Goodyear.

BMW is using a Dunlop development tire and they are not any better than us. We are running the same times as the BMW.

The tire situation is odd.

thanks for posting richard. this is as close as we got, lol.

lou, the robertsons run the pboc 6 hour for testing and I think goosens drove in it as well--any chance we'll see you here for it next year? I'd love to tell people "I drove against lou..." (in a spec miata, but still )

Very cool pics, nice getting to see some of the little bits and tricks used in a full competitive race car.
