I don't know if you guys have seen this video. Pretty ridiculous.
Made me think of two things though:
1) C4-C6 have had targa tops... though I don't know how many of us go 224.
2) Steering inputs. What exactly do you do at 200+ spinning? I'm thinking pray...

What did Sonny get up to in his C4?
I know Jeffyvette was hitting 200s when he lost a tire right? (Another C4)
Its not like that 996 is stock.

Looks like he tried to correct but failed...then aero took over and got him pointed in the right direction. I can't imagine what was going through his mind when he was almost 90* out of shape.

My friend, Topgun who did 205 in his 996TT, was there with the Evo guys. The sunroof popped, then JoeTwinT pulled the parachute. The crosswind pulled the car sideways but kept him from spinning.
Supposedly he was doing 231mph when the sunroof popped and crossed the gate sideways at 224mph.
I don't know why he pulled the parachute, though...I guess 231mph makes you do some crazy stuff when something goes funky.
