Default Continental Tire Trailers At Hoosier

I live here in Lakeville where the headquarters for Hoosier Tire is. I have seen two large Continental Tire trailers parked at their docks for a couple of weeks now. I am thinking Hoosier is supplying the tires to Continental for the Continental Tire series cars. Is this correct? My dad knows a guy at his work who's wife works at Hoosier and that is what he said. Anybody else know about this?
