AutoX Classification and info on any local rally/hillclimbs
Right now Im testing/prepping my car to get the setup to my liking and was wondering about how the scca classifies C6's from the factory? STU?
I was also wondering where I would be put if I eventually ran 255 front and 295 rear sized Hoosier R6's? Would this be SP?
Aside from AutoX, I would like to get into some tarmac rally/hillclimb events (not the drive slow on street road rally thing scca does).
Is/will there be any of this going on in the va/nc/nj/md area?
Thank you!

My local scca website (old dominion scca) only lists Stock, ST,STR,STS,STX,STU,SP,SM SMF and SSM.
Would that mean I automatically will be put into SSM (the highest class they have lined up)?
Thanks for the replies!

the SCCA rule book can be downloaded for free here
http://www.scca.org/contentpage.aspx?content=61
then look at page 71 for Stock Category allowances
and you will see that page 161 lists cars in Super Stock
Stock Category has several sub-classes, Super Stock being the one for the C6 (as long as it is "stock" as defined in the rules)
Regions may choose to use some or all of the classes, and may add Regional-only classes
rule book classification system is mandatory for Divisional and National level events
