Default Is this normal for coolant?

Had to drain coolant to repl ac compressor and when I was refilling coolant, I saw this in the bottom of bucket:

It was not in bucket to start with. It feels like a grainy sludge. Motor is aluminum block, with DeWitts rad and stock water pump. Should I flush coolant out and repl? Coolant is less than year old. I haven't noticed any cooling issues at track.

I think I would flush the system just to be safe.

That won't hurt but what you have there is left over sand from the casting process, it's pretty common on the first few changes

many ppl say to change the oil at least twice after a new engine install.

flushing the coolant a few times, looks like a good idea too.
