--LG Motorsports Carbon World Challenge Hood--
LG Motorsports now is proud to bring you their new C6 Carbon Hood.
Taken from our years of road racing; these light weight carbon hoods add function and style to your C6, GrandSport, or C6 Z06! These vented hoods reduce weight (up to 24 lbs), improve cooling, and add downforce to the nose.
We offer the hood in one of two styles:
- Bolt on using all of your factory hardware
- Pin on, which will require the use of hood pins and does not use the hinges.
Both styles are in stock and ready to ship!
Call your sales person for more details today!!!!

Another interested C5 here.. Looks like you have a ton of interest. I keep asking myself, why aren't people making new Track parts for C5's anymore.
My interest depends on price, non carbon fiber, bolt in works for me. For me personally, it would have to be less than 1000 for a non CF hood.

Race body work for the cars, especially the nose, takes a bit more work being to do it right you have to convert the car to a front breather.

Is this pretty much a "plug and play" or is a lot of fitting required if you use factory hardware? I think it would be super cool on my daily driver but I am NOT a good body man.

The pin on version is going to require mounting of hood pins.

Does it come raw carbon fiber or is it clear coated? The photo looks like it is clear coated to add some shine to the carbon fiber.

More interest in a C5 version. Pin on cf with fixed light covers would be my preference, but I would probably buy it in any of the variations mentioned. Thanks for at least considering it, Anthony.
