FYI everyone I have made this mod to my previous 64 Coupe and I could not use the stock C5 seat brackets and have my head not hit the roof. I used the attached guide with some changes but the seats were permanently mounted and did not slide. Good luck with the sale, nice seats!

I used those same seats in my 67 and just shortened the front mounts about an inch, but I'm only 5'8". My seats slide but I have them back as far as they will go. These cars really weren't made for people over 6". I also used the same door panels because they look better with those seats.

There are several ways to modify these seats. I know a previous customer used c3 tracks and his where able to slide.* Please see attached photo of how they came out in his car.
