Teak wheels are being reproduced and are attractive alternatives to an original. Original wheels in various states of condition appear on ebay, in Hemmings, Corvette Driveline etc. If originality is not a concern then a repro may do the trick for you.

Teak Freaks in Doylesville OH bought the original tooling from the Miller Clock Company, the supplier to GM in 65-66. They make a beautiful wheel but it is pricey - $1200.
There was a guy in Charlotte NC who was making a very nice repro wheel last year but his web site no longer exists. I believe his wheel was around $500. I saw one recently at William's Corvette Shop in Sumpter SC. You can contact William at: http://www.cpis.net/~wcs/
