Default Met Another Local Solid Axle Vette Owner Yesterday

Met another solid axle Vette owner yesterday, a transplant from New York about a year ago. First time I've seen an Almond Beige '62.
Very nice car, over the last few years he's painted it and gone through the engine but still has some items to deal with. He bought it in 1967.

I agree. Neat car, with a very real '60's vibe still intact. If you shot pics in black and white, you'd think it was 50 years ago.
