I thought most of the Corvette vendors carried it. My apologies to the other vendors if you do stock it. I only found it at Mid-America Motorworks ( platinum vendor ). Here is the link: http://www.mamotorworks.com/Corvette...cator-609467-1

Once the cable is lubed, there is nowhere for the grease to go. It doesn't evaporate. It can dry up is sitting for years, but a lube fitting won't help that. Totally unnecessary, IMHO. On my Model T, it has grease cups or 'dope'cups. On every bearing. You pack the cup with grease, replace the lid, and every time you want to shoot some grease into the bearing, you turn the cup, which injects grease into the bearing. Great idea, and needed 100 years ago. Now, you see guys on tours turning their grease cups at every roadside pull-out....as if they're grease evaporated in the past 20 miles. Totally not needed.

I dump some Kable-Eze down one end of the cable shake the cable real good and dump a little more in - that's always done the trick for me..

That's all you need to do. And about once every 100,000 miles, at that.

Forget the "lubricator" device, especially if you drive the car in cold weather - the grease will congeal. Use "Kable-Ease" like Frankie mentioned and forget it - I bought my little tube 30 years ago and it'll still be here long after I'm gone.
