You'd have to have documentation and lots of good solid proof. The XP700 nose was available from ACME and put on many cars. There was a bronze one in the Orlando area about 15 years ago. The old guy who had it had owned the car for along time and IIRC, he had put the nose on long ago.

I think it's a lot better car than you may be thinking. A new nose piece, and I just bought an original nos nose for my 61 so they are out there, bumpers, and quarters and you have a 29,000 mile 58! Where are you gong to find one of those. Would've been a lot better if they hadn't changed the motor, but still a pretty easy return to original. JMO.
New nose and rear quarters, new 58 hood, repaint, engine and misc.
You are now upside down with a $175,000.00 non original 58.....
