Default Thanks to all

Long story made short as possible is I have a 1963 that had an all to normal restoration nightmare story. Life got in the way and after my son went in the Marines I decided to resolve that part of my life and took back my car after years and years. Took about 2 years to finally make it drivable again and drove it twice before I had a stroke and lost my left side. Took a year to be able to drive it out of the garage and after almost another year I am working on it again (much slower than before)
Anyway the reason for my post is that I found this site and you guys have kept me going through it all.
Some of you guys amaze me with your skills and I love to see the progress and read the story's
Again -THANK YOU TO ALL

We have already proved that prayers can work, so, I'll be the first to
offer mine to you to continue to improve so you can work on and enjoy
your car. Also, tell your son, Thank you for his service to us.

Welcome to the site and it's good to have you here. Enjoy tinkering with that 63. Please thank your son for us. It is because of folks like him that allow the rest of us to sleep safe in our beds at night.

Hi fellow NJ resident and fellow 63 owner. Glad to hear you staying with it and getting help here on the forum. I drive my 63 with hand-controls. Sometimes just sitting in the garage with my car is enough on those tougher days. Good luck and stick with it

morly 1963-When I first got home I would sit in the car and push the clutch a hundred times a day until one of my close friends told me I was going to break the linkage-Therapy comes in many ways-just going around the block in our cars is one of the best feelings in the world. Having children that turn out to be great people is another.
On a corvette note my winter project is getting the fuel injection unit back on and working-I went around the block with fuel injection again for the first time in years.
Thanks again for the kindness and inspiration
I know the car is not perfect but I'm working on it and just driving it makes up for the imperfections
