Default Patience

Trying to exercise some patience, I know the shop has only had the car for 2 weeks (almost) and I know that the chances of the car being on the road this year is slim but I really want to know if he is done yet.

LOL, not going to ask ~ don't want to be one of those owners.

Same thing happened to me Jack605 with my 76.I gave them about 10 days then decided to call and see if I could take some pictures. They said sure, so I went down. I am glad I did because the pictures showed some thorough work which help when I sold it.

Not going to happen, unless I can drive around without a front clip and brakes.

They need to finish fitting the nose, windshield glass then prep and paint. I am hoping to see her painted when I go see her on the 12th, I was promised big changes.

I plan on having the Vette shop paint, put on the soft top, badges and mirrors, stain the interior but after that I have a guy that will finish it up over the winter so she is ready for the road in the spring.

That will be and exciting event. Can't wait to see the finished product and also along the way.
Good Luck

You got the right job, not an iron worker I've been working on this job over a year and maybe another year yet. Not with the builder, one of the subs.

Default Tired of Waiting

Today I was supposed to go visit my car but the garage owner had to go out of town, I know the car will not be on the road until spring but is it spring yet?

Two weeks is the next chance I have to go for a visit, sit down have some coffee with my car.

Jack
