Factory finish?
1976 coupe
I'm getting ready to install the spare tire carrier and am wondering what the factory finish looked like. My car did not have these parts when I purchased it and I am not sure the parts supppliers have them correct. Specifically
V-strap,
Upper tray (inside and out
Lower tray inside & out
Rivet head painted or natural?

Hi m,
The tub was plain dark fiberglass. No applied finish.
The upper lid was black plastic. No applied finish.
The strap was dip painted semi-flat black.
The rivets were set after the strap was painted so remain unfinished aluminum.
